 Desmond Ladies Div. 1 Play Off - 19th February 2006 - St.Ita's 1 Ballingarry 0
Having finished level on 23 points each after ten Division 1 League games, Ballingarry and St. Ita's played off for the title on Sunday 19th February at Newcastlewest. It was heartbreak for the Ballingarry girls as they went under 0-1 with the goal coming in the very last minute of the game.

 Desmond Cup Final - 25th February 2006 - B'garry 0 St. Itas 0 (4-3 on pens)
On Saturday February 25th 2006 Ballingarry ladies side won their first ever trophy when they lifted the Limerick Desmond Ladies Cup at Counreask, Askeaton. The game finsihed 0-0 after extra time with Ballingarry lifting the cup on penalties on a 4-3 scoreline. Ballingarry became the first club to win the Desmond Ladies Cup.
